Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour plus extra for dusting
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup water warm
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Gradually add the warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  3. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Cook the Flatbreads
  1. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll each piece into a thin circle using a rolling pin.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each flatbread for about 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly browned and cooked through.
  3. Remove from the skillet and keep warm until serving.
