Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.

  7. Drop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them appropriately.
  8. Sprinkle sea salt flakes on top to taste.

  10. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
