Ingredients
  

For the Tuna
  • 1 lb sushi-grade tuna cut into cubes
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey or agave syrup
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp green onions sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds for garnish
For the Bowl
  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice or jasmine rice
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 cup edamame shelled
  • 1 cup radishes sliced
  • 1 cup seaweed salad

Method
 

Prepare the Tuna
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic, and green onions. Mix well.
  2. Add the cubed tuna to the marinade and toss gently to coat. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
Assemble the Bowl
  1. In a serving bowl, place a scoop of cooked sushi rice as the base.
  2. Top the rice with the marinated tuna, cucumber, avocado, edamame, radishes, and seaweed salad.
  3. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish and serve immediately.
