Ingredients
  

Spaghetti Squash
  • 1 spaghetti squash medium-sized
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Squash
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  2. Drizzle the inside of each half with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Roast the Squash
  1. Place the squash halves cut-side down on a baking sheet.
  2. Roast in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes, or until the flesh is tender and can be easily shredded with a fork.
Serve
  1. Remove the squash from the oven and let it cool slightly. Use a fork to scrape the flesh into spaghetti-like strands.
  2. Serve with your favorite sauce or toppings.
