Ingredients
  

Mushrooms
  • 200 grams enoki mushrooms trimmed and cleaned
Aromatics
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger minced
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted
  • 2 stalks green onions sliced

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Trim the enoki mushrooms and clean them gently under running water.
  2. Mince the garlic and ginger, and slice the green onions.
Sauté the Mushrooms
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the sesame oil.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the enoki mushrooms and soy sauce, cooking for 3-5 minutes until tender.
Serve
  1. Remove from heat, garnish with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions, and serve immediately.
