  • 1 lb Ground meat (beef, turkey, or plant-based)
  • 1 medium Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder or fresh garlic
  • 1 large Egg acts as a binder
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs panko or gluten-free
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika smoked paprika for extra flavor
  • 4 slices Cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 leaves Lettuce for wrapping
  • Your favorite condiment ketchup, mustard, or zesty sauce

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven.
  2. Prepare the cabbage by removing the core and outer leaves.
