Ingredients
  

Potatoes
  • 4 medium Russet potatoes peeled and diced
Onion
  • 1 medium Onion diced
Bell Pepper
  • 1 medium Bell pepper diced
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil or olive oil

Method
 

Prepare the Potatoes
  1. Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
Cook the Potatoes
  1. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the diced onion and bell pepper, and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Continue to cook for another 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, stirring occasionally.
Serve
  1. Remove from heat and serve hot as a side dish.
