Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 1 lb Ground beef or chicken
Vegetables
  • 2 cups Mixed vegetables such as bell peppers, onions, and zucchini
  • 1 cup Potatoes diced
Seasonings
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef (or chicken), mixed vegetables, diced potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated with the seasonings.
Assembly
  1. Cut four large pieces of aluminum foil, about 12 inches long.
  2. Divide the mixture evenly among the foil pieces, placing it in the center of each piece.
  3. Fold the sides of the foil over the mixture and then fold the ends to create a sealed packet.
Cooking
  1. Place the foil packs on the grill or in the oven.
  2. Cook for about 30 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  3. Carefully open the foil packs (steam will escape) and serve hot.
