Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 2 medium cucumbers sliced
  • 2 medium tomatoes diced
  • 1 small red onion thinly sliced
Cheese
  • 100 grams feta cheese crumbled
Herbs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sliced cucumbers, diced tomatoes, and thinly sliced red onion.
  2. Add crumbled feta cheese and chopped parsley to the bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
