  • 1 cup Tapioca flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp Everything bagel seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, and salt together.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add the Greek yogurt, mixing until well combined.
  4. Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each portion into a bagel shape.
  6. Place the bagels on a lined baking sheet and sprinkle with sesame seeds and everything bagel seasoning.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the bagels are golden brown.
