Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 1 bunch Garlic Scapes Trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper Sliced
  • 1 cup Carrot Julienned
  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets
Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey Optional
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds Toasted
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions Chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. Trim the garlic scapes and cut them into 2-inch pieces. Slice the bell pepper, julienne the carrot, and cut the broccoli into florets.
Make the Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey (if using). Set aside.
Stir-Fry
  1. Heat a wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic scapes and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli. Stir-fry for an additional 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  3. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir well to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve
  1. Remove from heat and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
