Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water and yeast, letting it sit until frothy.
  2. In a separate large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add the yeast mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Once risen, divide the dough into small balls.
  8. In each ball, place mozzarella, cream cheese, and garlic powder, sealing the dough around the cheese.
  9. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley if desired.
  10. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
