Ingredients
  

Dip Base
  • 2 cups corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup cotija cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the corn kernels, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, cotija cheese, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving.
