Ingredients
  

Marinade Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, black pepper, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
Marinate the Steak
  1. Place the steak in a zip-top bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and ensure the steak is well coated. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
Cook the Steak
  1. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade. Cook the steak on a grill or in a skillet to your desired doneness.

Notes
