  • 1 lb ground beef can substitute with turkey
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 oz
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni uncooked
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper to taste

Cooking Steps
  1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then add the elbow macaroni.
  5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked through.
  6. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your easy goulash!
