  • 250 grams Chicken breast sliced
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 300 grams Cabbage chopped into 2-inch squares
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2-3 tbsp Cooking oil for frying
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Shao Xing cooking wine

Method
 

  1. Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken breast slices and sauté until cooked through.
  3. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add cabbage and stir-fry until tender.
  5. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, baking soda, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, and Shao Xing cooking wine.
  6. Pour the sauce mixture over the stir-fried chicken and cabbage.
  7. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
