Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups Old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup Nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.) mix your favorites
  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Add-Ins
  • 1 cup Dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, etc.) add after cooking

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together oats, honey or maple syrup, coconut oil, nuts, chia seeds or flaxseeds, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and let cool.
  6. Once cooled, stir in the dried fruit.
