- Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. Optionally, scrub with 2 teaspoons salt, rinse, and drain dry.
- In a small bowl, whisk together light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, honey, ground white pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and black vinegar.
- Combine the marinade and chicken wings in a large bowl and toss until evenly coated. Marinate for at least one hour or overnight in the fridge.
- Preheat the air fryer to 340°F. Arrange the wings in a single layer in the basket with flat sides down, tucking the wing tips underneath.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray and air fry for a total of 14 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve hot.
