  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4-5 pieces Wooden skewers Soaked in water for 30 minutes
  • 1 bunch Fresh parsley or cilantro For garnish
  • 1 whole Lemon wedges For serving

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Soak the wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.
  4. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Thread the chicken onto the soaked skewers.
  6. Preheat the air fryer.
  7. Place the chicken skewers in the air fryer and cook for 12 minutes.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley or cilantro and lemon wedges.
