Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef browned and drained
  • 3 cups potatoes diced
  • 2 cups carrots sliced
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 oz
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsps garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the browned beef to the crockpot along with diced potatoes, sliced carrots, chopped onion, beef broth, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and thyme.
  3. Stir all ingredients together until well combined.
Cooking
  1. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  2. Once cooking time is complete, check the seasoning and adjust if necessary before serving.
