  • 2 bananas firm, ripe bananas
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

  1. Peel and slice the bananas into thin rounds, about ⅛ inch thick.
  2. Combine the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
  3. Lightly coat the banana slices with melted butter or coconut oil, then sprinkle them evenly with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  4. Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and allow it to preheat for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overlap.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chips are golden and crispy.
  7. Move the cooked banana chips to a wire rack to cool completely.
