  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour or almond flour
  • 3 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoning Salt

  1. Preheat the air fryer.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, melted butter, olive oil, and Frank's Red Hot Sauce.

  4. Dredge the sauced cauliflower in the flour mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Place the coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook in the air fryer for 15 minutes or until crispy and golden, shaking the basket halfway through.
