Ingredients
  

Kale
  • 1 bunch kale stems removed and leaves chopped
Garlic
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
Lemon
  • 1 medium lemon juiced
Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
Salt
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Prepare the Kale
  1. Wash the kale leaves thoroughly and remove the stems. Chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
Sauté the Garlic
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Cook the Kale
  1. Add the chopped kale to the skillet, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until the kale is wilted and tender.
Finish with Lemon
  1. Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice. Toss to combine and serve warm.
