Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 12 oz Spaghetti or any pasta of choice
Tomato Sauce
  • 4 cups Fresh Tomatoes chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper to taste
Garnish
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Basil chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Method
 

Cook the Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 10-15 minutes until the tomatoes break down and form a sauce.
Combine and Serve
  1. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the tomato sauce. Toss to combine.
  2. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese.
