Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 1 pound chicken breast sliced into thin strips
Vegetables
  • 2 medium zucchini sliced into half-moons
  • 1 medium bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons green onions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare all ingredients by slicing the chicken, zucchini, bell pepper, and broccoli.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger to create the sauce.
Cooking
  1. Heat a wok over medium-high heat and add a splash of oil.
  2. Add the chicken strips and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the zucchini, bell pepper, and broccoli to the wok and stir-fry for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
