Ingredients

Marinade
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 pounds flank steak or skirt steak
Toppings
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup sliced radishes
  • 1 cup sliced avocados

Method

Marinate the Steak
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine orange juice, lime juice, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, cumin, oregano, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.

  2. Grill the steak for about 5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
  3. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve
  1. Slice the steak against the grain into thin strips.
  2. Serve with corn tortillas and your choice of toppings such as cilantro, onions, radishes, and avocado.
