  • 1/4 large cabbage
  • 6 pieces flat beans (or green beans)
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
Fats and Seasoning
  • 15 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Cooking Steps
  1. Finely slice the cabbage and onions. Crush the garlic and slice the beans lengthways into long and thin strips.
  2. Melt the butter in a hot pan, add the onions and sauté until they are translucent. Add the garlic and fry for up to one minute.
  3. Add the cabbage and green beans and continue to stir-fry on high heat for 5 to 10 minutes. If the pan is too hot or too dry, add a little water to activate some steaming.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with herbs of your choice then serve.

Notes
