Prepare the Rice
- Cook the short-grain rice in a rice cooker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Sauté the Vegetables
- In a frying pan, sauté the carrots, zucchini, and mushrooms separately until tender. Season with salt.
- Add the blanched spinach and bean sprouts, sauté briefly, and set aside.
Cook the Beef
- In the same pan, cook the ground beef until browned. Add soy sauce and minced garlic, and stir until combined.
Assemble the Bibimbap
- In a bowl, place a serving of rice at the bottom. Arrange the sautéed vegetables and beef on top.
- Top with a fried egg, gochujang, sesame oil, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve
- Mix all ingredients together before eating and enjoy your homemade bibimbap!
