Ingredients
  

Turkey Mixture
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup water
Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 to 3 tablespoons sriracha for taste
Toppings
  • cooked rice of your choice
  • shredded carrots
  • sliced cucumbers
  • diced avocado
  • edamame
  • sliced avocados

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add sesame oil. Add the ground turkey, breaking it up as it cooks.
  2. When the turkey is cooked and fully browned, add in the smoked paprika, garlic powder, soy sauce, sriracha, honey, salt, pepper, and water. Mix until combined and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Just before serving, stir in a couple tablespoons of the bang bang sauce and save the rest for drizzling over the assembled bowl.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. Mix until combined and smooth.
  5. Scoop the desired amount of rice into a bowl, top with a couple spoonfuls of the ground turkey, and then pile on whatever toppings you love. Finish off with a generous drizzle of the bang bang sauce.
